April 2023 marks the 30^th anniversary of the establishment of our Firm.

In the past decades, we have gained a vast expertise in protecting legal and intellectual property rights for developments in various fields of science and technology made both in Russia and worldwide.

Members of our professional patent attorney team are unique in that they have many-year track records of practice at the sector-specific departments of the Federal Institute for Industrial Property (formerly the VNIIGPE).

In the new realities of Western sanctions against Russia and its friendly nations, the goal of intellectual property creation, protection and efficient commercialization, as promptly as possible, has become of extreme importance. Otherwise, no stable economic growth or wellbeing will be possible in Russia in the coming decade.

That is why we focus our activities on obtaining legal protection for our clients’ developments within a minimum period of time. Although oriented primarily to small and medium businesses, we also work with major companies.

Our success and pride are the developments coming to the Russian market as technologies, materials and products under our protection.

Our Firm’s in-house staff of about 15 employees includes patent attorneys of the Russian Federation, Eurasian Patent Attorney, a designer, a lawyer, translators, and consultants in various technical fields.

Our Firm handles patent and trademark matters not only in Russia, but also in the other CIS countries; provides services to Russian and international applicants for patenting their inventions under the PCT and Eurasian Patent Convention procedure; trademark registration, including under the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks; industrial design patenting under the Russian laws, Eurasian laws, and the Hague System for the International Registration of Industrial Designs.

We prepare reports on a variety of issues related to intellectual property rights in response to requests from courts of justice, administrative authorities, and other persons.
