Natalia Sergeyevna Putova

Her activities include patenting of Russian and international applicants’ inventions in the field of chemistry, microbiology and medicine under the RF patent laws, PCT procedure and the Eurasian Patent Convention.
Yuri Aleksandrovich Volkov
Tertiary education degree. Graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, specialist in power engineering, Candidate of Technical Sciences. From 1986 to 2004, worked at the Rospatent Control Council. Graduated from the Central Institute of Advanced Training of Administrators and Experts of People’s Economy in the sphere of patent operations (specialization: patents). Awarded with the Medal ‘In Commemoration of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow’. Patent Attorney of the Russian Federation (Reg. No. 903). Has been with Patent Law Firm Iskona-II from 2009. His activities include patenting of Russian and international applicants’ inventions and utility models in the fields of power engineering, machine building, mechanical engineering, industrial designs and trademarks under the patent laws of Russian Federation, PCT procedure and the Eurasian Patent Convention. Track record in the intellectual property area from 1986.
Yulia Borisovna Titova
Tertiary education degree; an in-house legal counsel. Has been with Patent Law Firm Iskona-II from 2007. Previously she was for a long time employed at NPO Microgen Pharmaceutical Company’s legal department. Vastly experienced in preparing agreements related to intellectual property utilization; participates in defending the rights of trademark, invention and industrial design right holders before the judicial and competition authorities.
